| In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You'll be working in the Workflow Engineering team in India focusing on focusing on building and scaling AI solutions that drive automation, streamline processes, and accelerate delivery. |
| Technical |
| • strong experience in AI/ML engineering, including designing and scaling production grade solutions |
| • hands on knowledge of modern AI technologies (e.g. NLP, LLMs, automation frameworks) |
| • proven ability to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows |
| • experience with system integration across platforms and services |
| • strong stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to translate business needs into AI solutions |
| • interested in learning new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind |
| • strong communicator, from making presentations to technical writing |
| • You're curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use. |
