Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
• Test AI/ML applications, chatbots, recommendation systems, and automation tools.
• Validate AI model outputs for accuracy, consistency, relevance, and reliability.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and user acceptance testing.
• Conduct prompt testing and response validation for Generative AI applications.
• Identify AI hallucinations, bias, ethical risks, and edge-case failures.
• Prepare test cases, test plans, bug reports, and QA documentation.
• Work with data scientists, developers, and product teams to improve model quality.
• Verify training datasets for quality, completeness, and correctness.
• Perform automation testing using QA tools and scripting frameworks.
• Monitor AI system performance after deployment and report anomalies.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement of AI testing methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and Generative AI systems.
• Experience with manual and automated testing.
• Familiarity with API testing tools such as:
o Postman
o Swagger
• Knowledge of testing frameworks and bug-tracking tools:
o Selenium
o JIRA
o TestRail
• Basic understanding of Python or scripting languages.
• Experience in validating chatbot or LLM responses is an advantage.
• Understanding of data validation and model evaluation metrics.
