Location: Nashville TN or Tampa FL (10-20% travel required)
Contract: 6+ Months
Pay rate: $60/hr. on W2
Advanced to Expert level experience required.
6+ years of leading end-to-end project management and delivery in a complex and large organization.
Prior proven experience Leading delivery of AI-powered products and platforms across cross-functional engineering teams.
Drive adoption of AI-specific engineering practices, including model evaluation, prompt testing, observability, and performance monitoring.
Establish delivery frameworks that support rapid experimentation while maintaining production quality and reliability.
Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Security, Architecture, and Data teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.
Drive operational readiness, supportability, and continuous improvement of AI-enabled products.
Prior experience of building AI based products, Agentic AI, and proficient use of GenAI tools.
Partner with engineering teams to prioritize AI capabilities based on feasibility, value, risk, and adoption metrics.
Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product.
Ability to build and sustain professional relationships
Ability to lead projects or multiple workstreams collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive delivery.
