Etnyre International, a family-owned and growing manufacturer of road maintenance and transportation equipment, is seeking an innovative and drivenAI Solutions Engineer to join our team!

In this role, you'll help shape the future of technology at Etnyre by developing practical artificial intelligence (AI), automation, and data-driven solutions that improve business operations.

Working closely with teams across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, sales, finance, and IT, you'll turn real-world business challenges into innovative technical solutions that streamline processes, improve decision-making, and drive efficiency.

Reporting to the EVP of IT & Supply Chain, this position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on Etnyre's long-term AI and digital transformation strategy.

What You'll Do:

AI & Automation Development

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve business processes.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions that deliver measurable business results.

• Build intelligent assistants, copilots, and knowledge systems using modern AI technologies.

• Automate repetitive tasks and streamline administrative workflows.

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications.

Business Solutions & Innovation

• Partner with business teams to translate operational challenges into effective technical solutions.

• Develop applications, dashboards, APIs, and integrations that improve efficiency.

• Rapidly prototype new concepts and conduct proof-of-value projects.

• Create predictive analytics and machine learning tools to support business decisions.

• Design user-friendly solutions that encourage adoption across the organization.

Data & Systems Integration

• Integrate data across ERP, CRM, Microsoft 365, and other business systems.

• Develop and maintain data pipelines supporting analytics and AI initiatives.

• Build APIs and integrations connecting internal and external platforms.

• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable.

Collaboration & AI Strategy

• Work directly with business leaders to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement.

• Lead discovery discussions and present technical solutions to leadership.

• Support responsible AI adoption through best practices, documentation, and training.

• Help develop Etnyre's long-term AI and automation roadmap.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, JavaScript, or similar languages.

• Experience developing software applications, integrations, or automation solutions.

• Understanding of machine learning concepts and modern AI technologies.

• Experience working with APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• A proactive mindset, curiosity, and passion for continuous learning.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

• Experience with LLM platforms such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models.

• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

• Hands-on experience developing AI-powered applications.

• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial environments.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and enterprise data architecture.
