AI Solutions Architect

CrossTech is seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to design and implement scalable AI-driven systems that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will blend technical expertise with strategic insight, working across teams to deliver impactful, production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and deployment of AI/ML systems to address complex business challenges

• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs

• Evaluate AI frameworks, cloud services, and tools for scalability and performance

• Define and manage model lifecycle, including data ingestion, training, and inference

• Establish best practices for model governance, explainability, and ethical AI

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software or ML systems architecture

• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow or PyTorch, and cloud ML platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD, and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with business-facing experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field

• Certifications in AI/ML or Cloud Architecture

• Experience with Generative AI or LLM systems

Compensation 
$90-$100/hr
