E-commerce Associate Director

Job Description:

What are we looking for?

• -At least 8-year successful experience with sales business management

• ＞ 3 years E-com business management, Alibaba platform management experience preferred

• Strong track record in delivery business results

• Proven leadership experience in leading a team

• Strong Experience in cross-function cooperation

What will be your key responsibilities?

• As lead of Digital SPT flagship store to develop and deploy both short term and longer-term growth strategy, to delivery SPT flagship store business goals with Customers on T-mall platform and JD platform

• Build strong partnership with T-mall & JD Senior Management & cross functional counterparts, to lead SPT flagship store diet category development

• Delivery the business targets, including both Topline & bottom line KPI’s

• Drive collaboration with cross functional teams, to achieve business operation effectiveness & efficiency

• Build and develop talents & team, expertise on E-com capability

• Collaborate with One-Mars cross segment peers, to share & leverage best practice
