AI Product Manager

We're searching for a product leadership figure to oversee a portfolio featuring AI-driven products and take charge of how our Product Management function approaches AI — spanning strategy, standards, investment choices, governance, and team capability building. You'll be responsible for leading and growing a team of Product Managers, holding full accountability for product strategy and P&L across the portfolio, and elevating the organization's AI-related product skills

Responsibilities

• Guide and grow a team of Product Managers overseeing a portfolio with AI-powered offerings, while holding complete responsibility for strategy, vision, and P&L throughout the portfolio
• Craft an AI-aware product strategy that pinpoints competitive differentiators against market commoditization and orders roadmaps based on technology shifts
• Steer build, buy, and partnership decisions regarding AI capabilities, supervise business cases and ROI tracking, and control experimentation budgets
• Handle AI feature economics and operational lifecycle matters such as cost monitoring, latency improvements, pricing structures, and vendor or model drift decisions
• Set organizational benchmarks, operating frameworks, and review checkpoints for AI feature work to guarantee consistent quality and accountability
• Supervise responsible AI governance measures spanning data privacy, algorithmic fairness, security, transparency, human oversight, and regulatory adherence
• Boost the team's AI proficiency through focused coaching, shared resources, prompt and agent libraries, and demanding recruitment criteria
• Enable smooth cross-functional partnership among engineering, data science, design, and machine learning groups while retaining product ownership
• Serve as the organization's authoritative voice on AI product strategy and roadmap efforts when engaging senior clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional background in Product Management, with demonstrated success managing product lines and leading PM or PO teams
• Track record of bringing 3 or more products to market successfully, including sophisticated AI-powered features
• Proven accountability for full product vision, strategic roadmaps, portfolio alignment, and P&L oversight
• Skilled in financial modeling and portfolio evaluation for prioritizing spending according to ROI and assessing AI-related business cases
• Strong subject matter knowledge spanning various business sectors, paired with keen insight into technological disruption and market shifts
• Functional AI literacy encompassing core concepts, capabilities, and constraints to inform technical proposals and investment choices
• Capable of executive-level leadership in shaping company direction, conveying complex strategies to senior stakeholders, and driving essential business KPIs
• Skilled at establishing operational frameworks for AI application and boosting team performance through structured development and mentorship
• Strong command of AI-centered portfolio strategy, investment judgment, and roadmap prioritization
• Thorough understanding of responsible AI governance, including privacy, security, auditing, and regulatory frameworks such as the EU AI Act
• Skilled in handling AI feature economics, unit-level costs, infrastructure spending, and model lifecycle choices
• Advanced capability in assessing AI prototypes, technical pitches, and experimental initiatives
• Ongoing practical use of AI tools in everyday work to remain adaptable as technology continues to shift
• Strong English fluency at a C1 level or above, supporting effective collaboration across borders

• Engagement in external thought leadership via industry speaking, written publications, and professional community involvement
• Direct experience building enterprise-level AI governance and enablement initiatives within an organization
