AI Product Manager

We're on the lookout for a product leader to steer a portfolio that includes AI-powered solutions and take full responsibility for how our Product Management team deploys AI — spanning strategy, standards, investment choices, governance, and capability development. You'll be tasked with leading and growing a team of Product Managers, owning product strategy and P&L throughout the portfolio, and raising the organization's AI-related product expertise

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop a team of Product Managers running a portfolio featuring AI-powered products, while taking complete ownership of strategy, vision, and P&L across the entire portfolio
• Develop an AI-conscious product strategy that recognizes competitive advantages against commoditization pressures and sequences roadmaps according to technological developments
• Guide build, buy, and partnership decisions involving AI investments, oversee business case development and ROI metrics, and control experimentation budgets
• Direct AI feature economics and operational lifecycle tasks including cost tracking, latency improvements, pricing frameworks, and vendor or model drift decisions
• Build organizational standards, operating structures, and review checkpoints for AI feature work to ensure reliable quality and accountability
• Lead responsible AI governance efforts touching on data privacy, algorithmic bias, security, transparency, human oversight, and regulatory compliance
• Advance team AI capabilities via targeted coaching, shared playbooks, prompt and agent libraries, and rigorous hiring benchmarks
• Promote effective cross-functional collaboration among engineering, data science, design, and machine learning groups while preserving product accountability
• Act as the organization's spokesperson on AI product strategy and roadmap plans with senior clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• At least 7 years of applicable Product Management experience, with demonstrated success overseeing product lines and leading PM or PO teams
• History of successfully bringing 3 or more products to market, inclusive of sophisticated AI-powered capabilities
• Demonstrated responsibility for comprehensive product vision, strategic roadmaps, portfolio alignment, and P&L oversight
• Strong financial modeling and portfolio evaluation skills for prioritizing budgets based on ROI and assessing AI business cases
• Deep expertise across various business domains, coupled with sharp understanding of technological disruption and market dynamics
• Working knowledge of AI fundamentals, capabilities, and limitations to support technical proposals and investment decision-making
• Executive-caliber leadership skills in shaping company strategy, communicating intricate direction to senior stakeholders, and advancing core business KPIs
• Capability to set up operational frameworks for AI deployment and improve team performance through structured development and coaching
• Strong mastery of AI-centered portfolio strategy, investment decision-making, and roadmap ordering
• Broad knowledge of responsible AI governance, encompassing privacy, security, auditing, and regulatory frameworks such as the EU AI Act
• Skilled in overseeing AI feature economics, unit economics, infrastructure expenses, and model lifecycle choices
• Advanced proficiency in assessing AI prototypes, technical proposals, and experimental efforts
• Sustained practical use of AI tools throughout daily tasks to remain adaptable as technologies evolve
• Fluent English abilities at a C1 level or higher, enabling productive cross-border teamwork

• Direct, practical experience building and prototyping advanced AI features to better gauge technical feasibility
• Visible involvement in external thought leadership through conference talks, published writing, and community participation
• Hands-on organizational background establishing enterprise-wide AI governance and enablement initiatives
