Summary:
As an AI Native Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing and delivering software solutions where artificial intelligence is deeply integrated into the engineering process. This role focuses on creating production-ready applications by embedding AI principles throughout the software lifecycle. The workday includes validating solutions to ensure they meet quality and compliance standards, collaborating with various teams to enhance software development practices, and continuously refining operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in software delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to foster innovation by integrating AI-native methodologies into software development.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their technical and collaborative skills.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of back-end development including server-side programming and database management.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Experience in integrating AI components within software applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
