📋What You'll Architect

As anAI-Native Business Analyst / Forward Deployed Engineer, you will help organisations transform complexity into measurable outcomes by combiningbusiness analysis, data, AI-enabled ways of working, and human decision-making.

Working closely withbusiness stakeholders and digital delivery teams, you will help identify the real problem behind a request, challenge assumptions constructively and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. You will also bring a practicalAI-first approachto your work, exploring how AI and Generative AI can accelerate analysis, improve processes and help teams validate solutions more effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with business stakeholders to understandprocesses, challenges, and desired business outcomes.

• Translate business needs intoclear requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria for digital delivery teams.

• Challenge requirements constructively to ensure teams solve theright business problem, rather than simply implementing requested features.

• Act as the bridge betweenbusiness stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Apply anAI-first mindset to identify opportunities whereAI and GenAI can accelerate analysis, improve requirements quality, support prototyping, or optimise business processes.

• Leverage AI tools as part of your daily work to increase speed, quality, and effectiveness in analysis and documentation.

• Help teams rapidly explore and validate alternative approaches rather than defaulting to traditional solutions.

• Understand and considerdata dependencies, data quality considerations, and governance implications when shaping requirements.

• Collaborate effectively with distributed teams acrossFrance, Spain, India, and the Philippines.

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders through an active on-site presence in Bangalore.

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant academic background or equivalent professional experience.

• Strong Business Analyst experiencewith strong data / CRM / Salesforce exposure.

• Experience gathering, analysing, documenting, and refining business requirements.

• Experience producing high-qualityuser stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.

• Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams including business stakeholders, developers, product teams, and data specialists.

• Experience operating within international or distributed organisations.

• Professional proficiency inEnglish.

• Able to work on-site in Bangalore.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Excellentrequirements engineering and business analysis capabilities.

• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.

• Ability to translate business challenges into clear and actionable delivery requirements.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience working closely with technical delivery teams and understanding technology constraints and opportunities.

• Practical experience usingAI and GenAI tools to improve productivity, analysis, documentation, requirements engineering, or delivery effectiveness.

• Strong understanding of the value AI can bring to business analysis, process optimisation, and solution design.

Particularly Valuable Experience

• Experience using tools such asMicrosoft Copilot, Copilot for Microsoft 365, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar LLM-based assistants to improve analysis, documentation, problem-solving, and delivery workflows.

• Ability to demonstrate how AI meaningfully changes and improves your approach to business analysis rather than simply using AI occasionally.

Nice to Have

• Experience withdata-intensive applications, analytics platforms, or data transformation programmes.

• Understanding ofdata governance, data lifecycle management, and data quality frameworks.

• Experience in aTechnical Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Forward Deployed Engineer, or similar hybrid role.

• Exposure toindustrial, manufacturing, energy, or services environments.

• Experience working inAgile product delivery environments.

• Familiarity with using AI to supportrequirements engineering, business analysis, solution exploration, documentation, or rapid prototyping.
