AI/ML Engineer Contractor: 6-9 years (Advanced)

Job Title: AI/ML Engineer – LLM & Agentic AI
Location - Jersey City (On Site)

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of development experience; 4+ years in AI/ML.
• Production LLM/agentic applications, tracing, evaluations, and guardrails.
• Python, RAG, embeddings, vector stores, and retrieval evaluation.
• AWS EKS/Kubernetes, Databricks, SageMaker, and MLflow.
• SQL, PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, Redis, and data modeling.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning, NLP, information retrieval, and statistics.

Preferred Skills:

• Recommendation, ranking, and propensity models.
• Graph RAG, knowledge graphs, and graph databases.
• Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, and financial services/payments experience.
• Agent frameworks, A2A, MCP, and agent memory design.
• LLM fine-tuning, small language models, Next.js/Svelte, Go, or Rust.
