Job Description
We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong NLP expertise to design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Python, Java, PyTorch, and TensorFlow, and a strong background working in FAANG or similar large-scale technology environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy NLP and machine learning models for production use
- Build and optimize text-based models such as classification, NER, sentiment analysis, and summarization
- Work with large-scale datasets and unstructured text data
- Develop scalable ML pipelines and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists and software engineers
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance
- Strong programming experience in Python and Java
- Hands-on expertise with PyTorch and TensorFlow
- Solid understanding of NLP techniques (tokenization, embeddings, transformers, etc.)
- Experience with FAANG or equivalent high-scale product companies
- Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and algorithms
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with transformer models (BERT, GPT, etc.)
- Experience deploying NLP models into production
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
