Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the
development and delivery of cutting-edge projects in the realms of AI/ML, Agentic AI,
Deep Learning, Large Language Models (LLM), Data Science, and Retrieval-
Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions. This role demands a unique blend of technical
expertise and strategic vision, ensuring the successful execution of high-quality AI
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Vision
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the
- company's goals and leverages advances in AI/ML, Agentic AI, Deep Learning,
- LLM, Data Science, and RAG solutions.
- Identify market opportunities and define the product roadmap to drive innovation
- and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product priorities and
- strategic initiatives.
Technical Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, data scientists, and researchers in the
- design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions.
- Ensure the implementation of best practices in software engineering, data
- science, and AI research.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML, Agentic AI, Deep Learning,
- LLM, and RAG to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Project Management
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from ideation and requirements
- gathering to development, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while
- maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to address
- challenges and ensure project success.
Data Strategy
- Develop and implement data strategies to support AI/ML initiatives, including
- data collection, preprocessing, and management.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and
- industry standards.
- Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to build and maintain robust data
- pipelines and infrastructure.
Customer Focus
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product
- development and enhancements.
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer
- needs and pain points.
- Ensure the delivery of user-centric solutions that provide tangible value to
- customers.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager, Technical Product
- Manager, or similar role in the AI/ML domain.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in AI/ML, Deep Learning,
- LLM, Data Science, and RAG solutions.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch,
- and scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of data processing and analytics tools such as SQL, Hadoop, Spark,
- and Apache Kafka.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for
- deploying AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of Agentic AI concepts and their implementation in real-
- world applications.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey
- complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects
- and priorities simultaneously.
