Job Summary:

We are seeking an experiencedAI / ML Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data science, model development, and scalable deployment in production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI solutions.
• Analyze large datasets to extract insights and improve model performance.
• Build and optimize predictive models, NLP models, and recommendation systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders.
• Deploy ML models into production using scalable frameworks.
• Monitor model performance and retrain models as required.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong programming skills inPython (preferred), R, or Java.
• Experience with ML frameworks such asTensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, deep learning).
• Experience inNatural Language Processing (NLP) and/or Computer Vision is a plus.
• Proficiency in data manipulation tools likePandas, NumPy.
• Experience with cloud platforms such asAWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with big data tools likeSpark, Hadoop.
• Knowledge of APIs and microservices architecture.
• Prior experience in deploying models in production environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field
