AI / Machine Learning Engineer

Location: Primarily remote until further notice.

Onsite availability: Must be available to attend in-person interviews, stakeholder meetings, orientation, and onsite work sessions in Middletown, Pennsylvania, as needed.

Job Overview

The AI / Machine Learning Engineer will design, develop, deploy, and maintain artificial intelligence and machine learning models to address business challenges and generate actionable insights from complex data. This role involves improving model performance, troubleshooting existing AI applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating findings and results to stakeholders.

Job Duties

• Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address AI-related challenges.

• Analyze and interpret complex data to extract actionable insights.

• Maintain and troubleshoot existing AI applications and models, including identifying and resolving bugs and performance issues.

• Improve AI models through ongoing iteration, experimentation, and optimization.

• Stay current with advancements in artificial intelligence and machine learning.

• Document and present findings, results, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.

• Proven experience in AI, machine learning, or data science.

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure), Azure Synapse, and data workflows (pipelines).
