Infra/AI Lead:

Responsibilities:

1) Guide and work with the offshore team on delivering AI use cases. Work includes backend Infra (Terraform/Jenkins), AI (python), Frontend (React)

2) Take accountability of solution delivery.

3) Develop, manage and own the infra codebase across AI solutions.

4) Work on infra code base enhancement to adhere to evolving infrastructure guidelines.

5) Work closely with onsite team on AI solution design development.

6) Participate in technical discussions with onshore and offshore team to refine AI stories and determine AI feature deployment strategy.

7) Perform code reviews for work performed by the team (including Infra, AI, frontend code)

Must have skills:

- Technical hands-on experience deploying infra and applications using Terraform and Jenkins.

- Experience developing CI/CD based infra and app pipelines.

- Experience with Azure networking, Azure App service, Azure Storage, Azure Cosmos, Azure AI resources (Search, Doc intelligence, Open AI)

- Experience with Python programming.

- Experience with frontend scripting languages like React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

- Great communication skills

- Experience working in agile teams.

Nice to have:

- knowledge of Azure AI foundry, Copilot Studio, Power platform

- Experience of RAG based solution development.

- Knowledge of Azure Kubernetes service.

- Working with AI code assistants like GitHub Copilot.

- Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques

AI Engineer:

AI Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and delivering enterprise AI and GenAI solutions aligned to business needs.

Key Responsibilities
