AI Governance Engineer

⚡ We’re Hiring: AI Governance Engineer
📍 REMOTE — Brazil, Mexico, Costa Rica or Argentina only
⏳ Duration: 6+ months

Turn AI governance requirements into practical controls, processes and technical guardrails. Working with the AI Governance Lead, you’ll help enable responsible AI adoption across self-service AI and enterprise agentic delivery.

Key Requirements:
• Experience in technology governance, risk, security, data governance, compliance or a related discipline.
• Experience implementing controls, standards or governance processes in technology delivery environments.
• Understanding of generative AI, copilots, LLMs and emerging agentic AI concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud and AI platforms such as Agent 365, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Databricks Genie or similar technologies.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, security, architecture and business teams.
• Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills.

Nice to Have:
• Experience with automation, APIs, low-code development or AI solution delivery.

You’ll help embed Responsible AI, security, privacy and data governance requirements throughout the AI lifecycle, with clear control evidence and reporting.
