MUST:
Experienced AI Full Stack Engineer
8+ years of professional software engineering experience, or an equivalent record of exceptional technical achievement.
Demonstrated expertise building and shipping full-stack software products used by real customers.
Strong proficiency in a modern programming stack, such as Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Node.js, FastAPI, or comparable technologies.
Hands-on experience integrating LLMs, AI APIs, agentic workflows, vector databases, RAG pipelines, or other applied AI technologies.
Experience designing backend services, REST or GraphQL APIs, relational databases, and cloud-native applications.
Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, automated testing, CI/CD, and production deployment.
Ability to independently take a product from an ambiguous problem statement to a working, deployable solution.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to brief senior executives and explain complex technology in plain language.
Demonstrated professionalism, confidence, discretion, and interpersonal judgment in high-stakes customer-facing environments.
Willingness and ability to travel for customer meetings, product demonstrations, and government engagements.
Ability to meet applicable government customer access, security, and eligibility requirements.
DUTIES:
Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI applications using modern large language models, AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and intelligent automation.
Develop full-stack applications spanning frontend interfaces, backend services, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and AI orchestration.
Build functional prototypes rapidly and transform successful prototypes into secure, scalable, maintainable products.
Integrate commercial and open-source AI models, enterprise data systems, and third-party platforms into cohesive software solutions.
Apply AI-assisted coding tools and modern development workflows to accelerate delivery without compromising reliability, security, or code quality.
Establish engineering standards for testing, observability, performance, documentation, and production operations.
Translate complex technical capabilities into practical products that address real customer needs.
