Job Description

• We are looking for a hands-on AI Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Python, and Generative AI to design and develop AI-powered enterprise applications.
• The ideal candidate should have experience building AI-enabled solutions using modern AI frameworks and be able to demonstrate how AI can solve real-world business challenges. This is a hands-on development role, not a Solution Architect position.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Java Full Stack Development
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience developing AI/GenAI-powered applications
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, RAG, AI Agents, or similar AI frameworks
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs and Microservices
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong understanding of AI use cases and enterprise application development

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop AI-powered enterprise applications using Java and Python.
• Build and integrate Generative AI capabilities into existing applications.
• Create AI-driven Proof of Concepts (POCs) and business use cases.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to implement AI solutions.
• Demonstrate how AI can improve business processes, automation, and user experience for the InPost platform.

Preferred Experience

• Logistics, Supply Chain, Shipping, or Transportation domain experience.
• Experience working with enterprise clients such as FedEx or similar organizations
