Job Qualifications
Five years of IT experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or related technologies with focus on AI ethics, responsible AI practices, compliance, or governance, or equivalent, is required.OR
Bachelor's degree and three years of IT experience artificial intelligence, machine learning, or related technologies with focus on AI ethics, responsible AI practices, compliance, or governance, or equivalent, is required.
Additional Qualifications/Requirements
Work – Onsite (HQ – Dallas, Texas)- Candidates eligible for the Military Spouse Exemption may be considered for remote work

- Working knowledge of AI governance and security frameworks, such as the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, NIST SP 800-53 and ATO/RMF processes.
- Understanding of AI-specific risks, including prompt injection, data leakage, model and vendor dependencies, and risks from AI agents, plugins and connectors.
- Knowledge of enterprise security fundamentals, including identity and access management, logging and monitoring, data loss prevention and data classification.
- Ability to evaluate software and vendors against defined criteria and document defensible recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical risk to non-technical audiences and leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity or Artificial Intelligence.
- Relevant security or AI governance certifications, such as EC-Council CEH/ECSA, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA CySA+, CISSP or IAPP AIGP, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms, including Perplexity and Microsoft Copilot.
- Strong prompting skills, including writing, refining and testing prompts to get accurate, reliable results from AI tools.
- Experience with vibe coding (using AI assistants to rapidly build, test and
- refine software, scripts and prototypes).
- Experience with scripting or development (for example Python, JavaScript or PowerShell), APIs, containers, version control and SQL databases.
- Experience with SIEM platforms, ServiceNow or vulnerability management
- tools.
- Experience in red teaming, penetration testing, security operations or incident response.
- Experience administering an enterprise AI platform.

Major Duties
Evaluate AI models and systems for potential ethical risks, including bias, fairness, privacy, and accountability.Collaborate with internal teams to integrate ethics and compliance models into AI solutions.
Generate reports of compliance monitoring statistics, investigations, outcomes, and remediations of any non-compliant actions.
Implement processes for ongoing monitoring of AI systems to ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
Develop and deliver training programs to raise awareness of AI ethics across the organization.
Stay informed on emerging trends, regulations, and academic research in AI ethics and contribute to internal and external publications.
Performs other duties as assigned.
