Roles & Responsibilities
- Build and support Copilot agents using Copilot Studio
- Develop and maintain Power Platform components (flows, integrations)
- Work hands‐on with Azure foundations supporting agents
- Create Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for AI and Copilot use cases
- Develop solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse
- Troubleshoot Copilot and Power Platform issues
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to implement new solutions
- Strong communication skills with technical and non‐technical teams
- Ability to quickly prototype, test, and iterate solutions
- Support and troubleshoot live chatbots post‐launch
- Partner with Microsoft and internal architects
- Address new agent use cases as teams request expansion
- Limited but real interaction with merchants for troubleshooting
Copilot Studio agent creation (not just Copilot Chat)
- Strong Power Platform foundation
- "If you don't know Power Platform, you cannot build it.”
- Hands‐on Azure experience
- Azure backend / foundations used in this chatbot
- Chatbot build experience with real examples
- Support & troubleshooting mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to be hands‐on ("worker bee”)
