Key Contributions

• Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents to solve complex business problems.
• Research, experiment with, and developAI solutions from scratch, turning ideas and prototypes into practical, production-ready applications.
• Integrate AI models, agents, and AI-powered capabilities into existing systems, backend services, and business workflows.
• Take ownership of the end-to-end AI development lifecycle, from research and architecture design to implementation, evaluation, deployment, and optimization.
• Build scalable and reliable AI services, optimizing system performance, accuracy, latency, and cost.
• Explore emerging AI technologies and frameworks to identify new opportunities and improve existing solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI solutions and provide technical guidance to other engineers.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Development or related fields.

Must have:

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, with strong backend development and system design skills.
• Proven experience building AI agents and developing AI solutionsfrom scratch, with the ability to independently research, prototype, and implement solutions beyond basic LLM API integration.
• Experienceintegrating AI models, agents, or AI services into existing applications and production systems.
• Solid understanding ofLLMs, AI agent architectures, and related technologies.
• Working knowledge ofJavaand the ability to understand or contribute to Java-based codebases.
• Experience building and deployingproduction-grade APIs, microservices, or AI applications.
• Good/Fluent English communication is mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving skills, technical ownership, and willingness to explore new AI technologies.

Nice to have:

• Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or similar tools.
• Practical experience with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval optimization.
• Knowledge of model training, fine-tuning, inference optimization, or open-source AI models.Experience with cloud platforms, Docker, CI/CD, and distributed systems.
• Experience with other programming languages and AI coding assistants.
