Job Title: AI Engineer

Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite)

Role Overview:
Seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and develop scalable LLM and NLP solutions for high-volume customer interactions, including voice AI, conversational AI, and agentic AI workflows.

Required Skills:

Strong Python proficiency
NLP: Text Classification and Clustering
SQL and Data Analysis
LLMs: Prompt Engineering, Evaluation Frameworks, and RAG

Preferred Skills:

Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Orchestration
LLMOps/MLOps in Production
Cloud Experience
