Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experiencedAI Engineer to design, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions for enterprise financial services applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, Generative AI, cloud technologies, and production-grade software engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalableAI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise applications.
- Build and deployLLM, RAG, NLP, and AI-powered applications.
- Develop AI pipelines for data processing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Integrate AI/ML models with enterprise applications and APIs.
- Work withPython, machine learning frameworks, and cloud platforms.
- Develop and optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Implement model monitoring, testing, governance, and production support.
- Apply responsible AI, security, and data privacy best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across AI/ML platforms and applications.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of overall IT/software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience inAI/ML engineering.
- StrongPython programming skills.
- Experience withGenerative AI, LLMs, RAG, NLP, and AI agents.
- Experience with frameworks such asPyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or similar.
- Experience withAzure, AWS, or GCP AI/ML services.
- Strong knowledge ofREST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Experience with vector databases and AI search technologies.
- Strong understanding of data engineering and machine learning pipelines.
- Experience deploying AI solutions in enterprise/production environments.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Experience inbanking/financial services.
- Experience withAzure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, or Vertex AI.
- Knowledge of AI security, governance, and responsible AI practices.
