AI Engineer

We’re looking for an AI Engineer to build and ship production agentic AI applications. You’ll work hands-on with Python, LangChain, and Next.js, turning product priorities into reliable, well-tested features. You’ll join an engineering team, collaborate closely with Product Management and fellow engineers, and take ownership of the code you write from design through deployment and production support.

What You’ll Do

Build

• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI workflows using LangChain
• Develop front-end and full-stack features in Next.js that bring those workflows to users
• Write clean, tested, maintainable Python and TypeScript code
• Build and consume APIs, and model data to support AI-driven features

Collaborate

• Work with Product Management to understand priorities and turn them into technically sound implementations
• Take part in technical design discussions and code reviews, giving and receiving constructive feedback
• Pair with teammates on difficult problems and learn from the people around you
• Raise technical risks, dependencies, and complexity early

Deliver and Operate

• Ship through CI/CD pipelines with automated testing
• Deploy containerized, cloud-native applications
• Monitor what you ship, using observability tooling to catch issues and improve reliability
• Help troubleshoot and resolve production issues affecting your areas of the codebase
• Balance feature delivery with code quality, technical debt, and long-term maintainability

What You’ll Bring

Required

• 3+ years of professional experience as a software engineer
• Experience building and deploying AI agents in a commercial environment
• Hands-on experience with LangChain for production agentic AI workflows
• Proficiency in Python and Next.js
• Experience with containers and cloud-native application patterns
• Working knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing, and modern software delivery
• Comfort with a DevOps philosophy: you take responsibility for deploying, observing, and supporting what you build
• Solid understanding of software architecture, APIs, data modeling, performance, scalability, and security

Preferred

• Familiarity with Angular and Single Page Application (SPA) development
