Role Overview

We are seeking a talentedAI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI-driven solutions usingAnthropic's AI technologies. You will work closely with product, engineering, and data teams to integrate large language models (LLMs) into production systems and build scalable AI applications.

This is afully remote role offering flexibility and ownership in a fast-growing AI-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions usingAnthropic AI (Claude models)

• Build and optimize LLM-powered applications (chatbots, automation tools, knowledge assistants)

• Develop prompt engineering frameworks and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems

• Integrate AI APIs into backend and frontend systems

• Implement fine-tuning, evaluation, and model performance optimization

• Ensure security, privacy, and responsible AI compliance
