About The Client:
Client is one of the world’s leading professional services firms and the fastest growing Big Four accounting firm
Essential Job Functions:
- Develop Python-based agents for model construction, feature engineering, and summary generation.
- Build multi-agent orchestration workflows enabling context sharing and feedback loops across agents.
- Integrate OpenAI, Databricks Model Serving, and LLM APIs for conversational and analytical logic.
- Develop and automate EDA/DQM checks (completeness, sparsity, outlier detection) using Databricks and AWS Glue.
- Enable S3-based ingestion pipelines from Dataiku and orchestrate data flow for downstream modeling and inference agents.
- Integrate metadata and vector embeddings into the central knowledge base for context-aware AI workflows.
- Log and trace agent activities using MLflow for monitoring and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with MLOps and Full Stack teams for API exposure, deployment, and monitoring.
- Ensure scalability, observability, and security across end-to-end AI orchestration pipelines.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of model validation, versioning, and data quality frameworks.
- Experience: 2–8years
- Python (LangChain, FastAPI, OpenAI API, Databricks SDK)
- Strong SQL, PySpark, AWS Glue, Dataiku, and Databricks
- Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning, prompt design, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma)
- Experience with MLflow for model tracking, logging, and agent traceability
- Understanding of data validation, versioning, and DQM frameworks
- Knowledge of Kubernetes-based deployment (AWS EKS, Argo CD) and containerization (Docker)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (TeamCity, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Awareness of Databricks MLflow and Unity Catalog governance
- Good to have: Understanding of marketing mix modeling (MMM), commercial pharma data, and data science product workflows
