AI Engineer

Location: Remote from Algeria

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership:

  • Provide solution options and recommend the most effective technical approaches.

  • Independently handlecomplex Gen AI use cases end-to-end.

  • Ensure productivity fromDay 1 with minimal ramp-up.

• Quality & Governance:

  • Establish and enforcequality gates including code reviews, test cases, and adherence to defined standards/patterns.

  • Delivercustomer-facing outputs that are clean, accurate, and error-free.

• Customer Engagement:

  • Act as asingle-threaded owner.

  • Driveproactive improvements, not just reactive fixes.

  • Take full ownership of delivery and business conversations.

• Innovation & Acceleration:

  • DeliverPOCs with measurable value-adds (e.g., time and cost savings).

  • Buildreusable accelerators and templates for wider adoption across.

  • Support our client'sAgentic AI initiatives, helping position us as a trusted innovation partner.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven expertise inGen AI, Data Science, and LLM-based solutions.

• Strong hands-on background withMicrosoft OpenAI (GPT-5) or similar large-scale models.

• Ability to manage bothtechnical delivery andcustomer-facing leadership roles.

• Experience setting uptechnical governance frameworks.

• Track record ofdelivering POCs to production with quantifiable business impact.
