Job Description: Senior AI Developer / Generative AI Engineer

🏢 Position Overview

We are looking for aSenior AI Developer / Generative AI Engineer /Agentic AI to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions, with a strong focus onGenerative AI (GenAI& Agentic AI) technologies. This role requires deep expertise in large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and scalable AI system design. You will play a key role in shaping our AI strategy and delivering innovative solutions that transform user experiences.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Generative AI Development: Build, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs and generative models for text, image, and multimodal applications.
• Prompt Engineering: Design and optimize prompts to maximize model performance and reliability.
• AI Integration: Architect and implement AI-driven features into production systems, ensuring scalability and robustness.
• Research & Innovation: Explore emerging GenAI techniques (e.g., RAG, diffusion models, multimodal AI) and apply them to solve business challenges.
• Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver AI-powered solutions.
• Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and excellence in AI development.

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency inPython and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers).
• Hands-on experience withLLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Claude, etc.) andfine-tuning techniques.
• Expertise inNLP, generative modeling, and multimodal AI.
• Familiarity withretrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS).
• Experience withcloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) andMLOps tools (MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong knowledge ofdata structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
• Proven track record of deploying AI models intoproduction environments.

🎓 Education & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree inComputer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 2 years focused onGenerative AI &Agentic AI
• Demonstrated success in delivering GenAI solutions at scale.

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience withmultimodal AI (text-to-image, speech-to-text, etc.).
• Knowledge ofdiffusion models andreinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF).
• Contributions to open-source GenAI projects.
• Strong publication record in AI/ML conferences or journals.
