Detailed description of work task to be carried outMain responsibilities in this role: 1. Design new reporting solutions and provide requirement specifications in close collaboration with the Product Owner, business analysts, other IT Analysts, developers and testers.2. Together with the Product Owner, collaborate with multiple stakeholders in alignment with the target picture to enable sustainable and reliable solutions.3. Be the bridge between business and IT development team.4. Facilitate understanding and impact of requirements from business to technology and vice versa.In order to fulfill the above you need to be:Self-driven team player who can work on a large amount of tasks independently* Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and enjoy interactions with other people* Have a good business or technical background with great analytical skills,have good requirement elicitation skills*Are familiar with agile ways of working and methods (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban),* Are structured and with your analytical mindset are able to handle complexity.Please note that this position can be performed from Gdansk (Gdynia), Warsaw and Lodz.Must-have knowledge and experience1. Several years of experience in IT and/or business solution analysis2. Good understanding of data flow integration3. Ability to scrutinize data to understand data content and behaviour - experience with SQL4. Have knowledge about trading and/or tax/transaction reporting to authorities5. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.Nice-to-have knowledge and experience bring experience with XSLT, BDD, Communication Layer, have a foundational understanding of programming, so you are able to read it, it will be an extra plus if you are already familiar with Capital Markets flow in Nordea.
