AI Business Systems Analyst
The AI Business Systems Analyst leads AI and automation initiatives from concept through deployment, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. This role ensures AI solutions, RPA automation, and enterprise integrations deliver measurable business value while aligning with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AI projects through intake, requirements gathering, deployment, and optimization.
- Partner with business, IT, and development teams to support the SDLC, UAT, defect resolution, and user adoption.
- Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for AI or RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath and Automation Anywhere.
- Translate business requirements into AI workflows, process documentation, and Salesforce-related specifications.
- Develop KPI dashboards and reporting using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and SQL to support AI-driven insights.
- Conduct testing and validation to ensure functionality, data integrity, compliance, and operational readiness.
- Maintain documentation, integration standards, and technical specifications.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple initiatives.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with AI projects; candidates without direct AI exposure will not be considered.
- Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and enterprise system integrations.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel, and SQL.
- Experience supporting Agile/SDLC processes using Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into business solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- AI, Data Analytics, or RPA certifications.
- Experience evaluating when AI, automation, or traditional process improvements are the most effective solution.
- Knowledge of BPMN, UML, Lean process mapping, or workflow automation tools.
- Exposure to Azure AI, AWS Machine Learning, or Google Cloud AI platforms.
- Experience in customer service, contact center, or enterprise technology environments.
- Understanding of data governance, lineage, compliance, and AI risk management.
