Barista / Bartender

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and versatileBarista & Beverage Specialist who will primarily be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages during the day, while also showcasing knowledge of cocktails and mixed drinks during evening service. The ideal candidate will be ateam player, adaptable to various roles depending on operational needs, and proactive in maintaining stock and supporting the overall service team.

Key Responsibilities

• Barista Duties
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to the highest standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station.
  • Deliver excellent customer service at the counter.
• Cocktail & Beverage Duties
  • Prepare cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages during evening operations.
  • Create premix batches and ensure chillers are always stocked with drinks.
  • Assist in developing and suggesting new beverage recipes.
• Team Support & Flexibility
  • Support front-of-house servers during peak hours or when coffee service is low.
  • Assist in other areas of operations when required, ensuring smooth service.
  • Work flexible and rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and emergencies.
• Inventory & Ordering
  • Monitor and track stock levels for the coffee and beverage section.
  • Inform the manager of shortages and ensure timely ordering of supplies.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock usage and wastage.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Barista and/or Bartender with cocktail knowledge.
• Strong multitasking ability and adaptability to changing situations.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts and provide support during staff shortages.
• Knowledge of inventory management is a plus.
