Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, the Digital Marketing and Brand Manager is a key contributor to the school's overall marketing, admissions, and advancement goals. This role drives the School’s digital footprint, technical marketing infrastructure, and visual brand consistency across platforms. This role works cross-functionally with other divisions to deliver data-driven marketing campaigns and compelling visual assets.
Position Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary lead administrator for agnesirwin.org using Finalsite CMS. Build landing pages, update content, manage site navigation, and ensure optimal UX and mobile responsiveness.
- Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and support for internal staff and department contributors using and updating the website.
- Perform routine technical maintenance, domain/form management, and platform updates in coordination with Finalsite support.
- Design, build, test, and distribute routine and ad-hoc email communications, digital announcements, and marketing emails using Finalsite Messages or primary email software.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage email distribution lists, ensure layout brand format, and maintain consistent publishing schedules.
- Monitor email deliverability, open rates, and click-through metrics to continuously optimize layout, timing to increase engagement.
- Act as the primary in-house brand steward, helping to create high-quality print and digital collateral and branded material.
- Plan and execute the annual advertising calendar across digital and print channels (local print ads, search ads, social ads, etc).
- Manage relationships with media vendors, draft compelling ad copy, and coordinate asset delivery.
- Develop and execute SEO/AEO/PPC strategies (Google Ads) to drive prospective family engagement and support admissions conversion funnels.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for website traffic, email performance, and paid advertising campaigns to inform budget allocation.
- Maintain a dedicated marketing and production calendar that aligns with the broader Communication team's editorial and social media schedules.

Successful candidates will possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, digital media, or a related field, plus 3 to 5 years of hands-on digital marketing and graphic design experience (independent school or higher education experience preferred).
- Understanding of current AI trends and models to inform strategy.
- Direct hands-on experience managing and maintaining Content Management Systems, specifically Finalsite. Ability to build pages, troubleshoot layouts, and guide other users.
- Proficiency to independently produce print and digital assets from concept to print-ready file.
- Direct experience with email marketing platforms (Finalsite Messages, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar) and Google Analytics / Google Ads.
- Strong organizational skills to balance fast-turnaround print requests (posters/stationery) with long-term campaign strategy.
- Willingness to work in-person at AIS during regular school hours (8 a.m. to 4 p.m.) with flexibility for occasional evening/weekend event coverage as needed.
- Will immerse themselves in the life of the school and share their talents as a coach, advisor, chaperone, or club leader.
