Agile Scrum Master

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Scrum Master / Project Manager - Hybrid for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX or Jersey City, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role is for a Scrum Master/Project Manager responsible for vendor software patch testing and deployment for distribution servers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering complex infrastructure or technology programs and managing large-scale initiatives with multiple stakeholders within a regulated financial services environment. This position requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor software patch testing and deployment for distribution servers
• Deliver complex infrastructure or technology programs (e.g., cloud transformation, network modernization, platform engineering)
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and large-scale initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Operate within Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and hybrid (Agile and Waterfall) delivery models
• Lead work in matrixed and/or global environments
• Oversee portfolio, program, and project financial management
• Handle risk, audit, and compliance delivery
• Provide dashboarding and executive-level delivery reporting

Requirements:

• Typically 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, and/or Technical Project/Program Management roles
• Bachelor's degree, equivalent experience, or specialized training
• Proven experience delivering large scale or enterprise initiatives
• Broad technical background supporting infrastructure, networking, Public Cloud, and AI technologies
• Experience with niche technologies (e.g., Automation, Terraform, network, hosting, mainframe)
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Agile View, Confluence, Wiki, MS Project, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Understanding of financial services and/or regulated environments
• Ability to manage and deliver complex technical solutions across multiple teams

Pay range:$63.94 - $71.94 per hour
