Introduction

This position requires a dedicated professional to lead and manage Agile Scrum processes, ensuring seamless project execution and delivery. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders to drive project success.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in a software development team applying Agile principles, practices, and theory.
• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
• Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach.
• Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.
• Experience in managing IT project finances.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead JAD Sessions for the project as needed, setting the context, summarizing, and following up on next steps.
• Coordinate with Business (Product Manager/Product Owner) on requirements and road map.
• Coordinate with Architect on designs for the project.
• Lead design review sessions with tech and business teams.
• Plan and drive End to End Testing for the project.
• Track and manage the financials for the project, including negotiations as needed.
