Agile Project Manager

Job Title -  Agile Scrum Master 
Location - Remote 

Key Responsibilities

• Agile Team Leadership: Identify project stakeholders, support Scrum team formation, and facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, sprint demos, and retrospectives.

• Backlog & Story Management: Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams on backlog refinement, epics, user stories, personas, acceptance criteria, and story estimation.

• Sprint Management: Facilitate sprint commitments and ensure stories are ready for development and aligned with sprint goals.

• Impediment Resolution: Identify and remove blockers, manage risks, and help teams maintain productivity and meet delivery goals.

• Cross-Team Coordination: Coordinate with other teams, participate in Scrum of Scrums, and support collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

• Agile Process Improvement: Facilitate retrospectives, track team metrics, and continuously improve Agile processes and delivery efficiency.

Required Skills

• Experience: 6+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years as a Scrum Master supporting Agile development and DevOps teams.

• Agile Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, XP, and Agile best practices.

• Agile Tools: Hands-on experience with Jira, Rally, or similar tools for backlog and sprint management.

• Story Estimation & Analysis: Experience with story points, requirements analysis, and creating epics, features, and user stories.

• Communication & Problem-Solving: Strong stakeholder management, organizational, analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
