Agile Business Analyst Lead / Document Analyst - P&C Insurance

Summary:
The client is seeking a Lead Agile Business Analyst/Document Analyst with strong Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain experience. The most important requirement is hands-on knowledge of insurance business processes, especially Policy, Claims, and Billing, combined with requirements documentation and stakeholder management.

Job Description/Responsibilities: Lead Agile Business Analyst / Document Analyst

• Strong hands‐on experience in P&C Insurance
• In‐depth knowledge of Policy, Claims, and Billing systems
• Experience working with core insurance platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, or similar – optional)
• Expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation
• Perform data analysis, gap analysis, and impact analysis for system changes
• Support reporting, dashboards, and integration requirements across upstream and downstream systems
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and alignment with business rules
• Ensure adherence to insurance regulations, compliance standards, and internal controls
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Visio, Excel, SQL (basic)
• Exposure to integrations, APIs, and data flows is a plus
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Insurance certifications or domain training in P&C is a plus
