The role requires strong knowledge ofAgentic AI development, including expertise inAgent-to-Agent (A2A) orchestration andModel Context Protocol (MCP). The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving abilities, strong software development skills, and the drive to learn quickly, experiment, and implement advanced AI solutions that deliver real business impact for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deployAgentic AI systems leveraging A2A and MCP frameworks.
  • Buildautonomous workflows and multi-agent interactions that improve customer experiences and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and customer teams toidentify use cases and translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
  • Rapidlyprototype and experiment with new ideas, tools, and frameworks, continuously refining approaches.
  • Integrate AI agents withcustomer-facing applications and enterprise systems, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Stay current oncutting-edge AI research, tools, and trends (especially in autonomous agents and orchestration).
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, while contributing to best practices and knowledge sharing.
Skills required:
  • Strong understanding ofAgentic AI development, including A2A and MCP concepts.
  • Hands-on experience insoftware development (Python, Java, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity withAI/ML frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
  • Solid grasp ofsystem integration, APIs, and cloud services.
  • Demonstratedproblem-solving ability and eagerness to learn and apply new technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and acustomer-first mindset
