About The Job:
- Architect and build Agentic AI framework, orchestration engine, and reusable agent toolkit.
Define & implement agentic architecture:
- Planning → Memory → Reasoning → Tool execution → Evaluation
- Create multi-agent orchestration (Semantic Kernel + AutoGen)
- Design agent lifecycle: registry, scoring, versioning, observability
- Build reusable agent templates (Agent orchestration, planner, evaluator)
- Implement human-in-loop, guardrails, safety policy enforcement
- Lead the development of domain agents (Healthcare & Disaster Recovery)
- Agentic AI Architect (8-12 yrs)
- Agentic frameworks: Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Microsoft Agent Kit
- LLM tool calling & function orchestration
- Vector DBs, memory stores, event-driven systems
- Enterprise agents governance, Responsible AI practices
- Develop Multi-agent solutions
