Job Description
Summary:Ā
Our Business Development Team is looking for a Client Relations Specialist. This position specializes in the cultivation and operational support of new and existing Agent Partners.Ā
Description:Ā
- Effectively communicate with new Agents to familiarize them with the TMS and company processes and policiesĀ
- Ensure top level Customer Service and Support to Client BaseĀ
- Act as an ongoing resource to new and current agents, providing ongoing guidance and operational assistanceĀ
- Additional job responsibilities related to Agent DevelopmentĀ
- Work with Business Development Team to continue improving the Agent Development ProcessĀ
Job Requirements:Ā
- Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service Experience preferredĀ
- Bachelor's Degree PreferredĀ
- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise mannerĀ
- Ability to critically think and adapt to new systemsĀ
- Sincere desire to cultivate and maintain relationshipsĀ
CompensationĀ
- $19-$21 per hour

Physical Requirements:
Job functions require long periods of sitting and working from computer workstation; ability to multi-task, problem solve, and prioritize daily workload; excellent organization and record keeping skills; comfortable with oral and written communications, primarily on the telephone and email.
