         Kotak Life is hiring for Agency Partners accross the country who shall lead their individual agency networks and help drive revenue for the organization. The Job Description involves:

1. Recruit and Manage a team of advisors on a regular basis.
2. Drive business through the existing team of advisors and partners.
3. Be a pro on basic Life Insurance Products & devise a benefit statement for every policy for the client to understand
4. Meet new people in person/digitally & establish connection to re-visit them at later scheduled dates.
5. Communicate smartly with new connections to get data about their financial resources & discuss coverage required
6. Explain the policy features keeping in mind the customers’ requirements & goals, thus expect specialist advisory portfolio for the client.
   1. Become a communication medium between the company & the advisor/partners to analyse requirement & suggest changes if any.
7. Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients
8. Manage policy renewals thus ensuring renewal earning.
9. Maintain digital and paper records
10. Help policyholders settle claims
11. Use digital platforms to increase base leads for business and recruitment.
