LOCATION:Local Resident of Metro Cities

👤Role Summary:

• Hire and train advisors to sell insurance products

• Help advisors with lead generation and sales

• Ensure advisors follow company rules and offer the right solutions to customers

✅Who Can Apply:

For AADM:

• All Graduate

• 1+ year of Field sales experience in industries like Telecom, Retail, Real Estate, Pharma, Life Insurance etc.

For ADM:

• Must have Life Insurance or BFSI Field experience

📌Requirements:

• Age: 25 to 40 years

• Must own a two-wheeler

💰Salary:

₹3.2 to ₹4.5 LPA
