Head of Talent Management

Great organisations are built by the people inside them. As ADIC's Head of Talent

Management, you will shape how we grow, develop, and retain some of the most talented

professionals in sovereign investment — designing the learning and career experiences that

keep our people performing at their best.

This is a strategic role within our Human Capital team, reporting directly into HC leadership and

partnering closely with every department across the Council. If you are energised by building

What You Will Do

Own the learning and development strategy.Lead the design, delivery, and continuous

improvement of ADIC's in-house training calendar — from needs analysis through to

evaluation. You will select and manage external vendors and subject-matter experts, curate

content that reflects the realities of investment management, and build a training budget that

delivers measurable value.

Strengthen succession planning, performance management, and talent reviews.Play a

central role in building the frameworks that identify high-potential talent, ensure leadership

continuity, and connect individual performance to organisational priorities. You will facilitate

regular talent review cycles, support calibration conversations with senior leaders, and help

ensure that succession pipelines are robust, data-informed, and aligned to ADIC's long-term

strategy.

Drive talent and career programmes.Design and run the frameworks that help our people

grow — including promotion assessment, succession readiness, and leadership development

initiatives. You will partner with line managers to ensure talent programmes translate into real

capability and career progression.

Champion Emirati talent development.Lead Individual Development Plans for Emiratis

across assigned departments, design graduate development and orientation programmes, and

track progress to ensure meaningful outcomes. This is central to ADIC's commitment to

building national capacity in the investment sector.

Be a trusted partner across the business.Collaborate with teams across investments and

corporate functions to understand capability gaps, anticipate future skills needs, and position

Human Capital as a genuine enabler of performance.

What You Bring

• Significant experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management, ideally within

financial services or a similarly complex, high-performance environment

• A strong grasp of instructional design principles and how to apply them in a corporate

setting

• Familiarity with the language and rhythms of investment management — you can

design content that resonates with portfolio managers and operations teams alike

• Excellent project management instincts: you juggle multiple programmes, timelines, and

stakeholders without dropping the thread

• Polished communication skills in English, with the confidence to present to senior

leaders and the attention to detail to get written materials right first time

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent professional

accreditation is a plus
