LATICRETE International is looking for driven and passionateprofessionals to join ourManagement Development Program (MDP) — an accelerated, hands-on development experience designed to prepare future leaders for impactful careers within a global manufacturing organization.

Program Overview:

The12–18 month rotational program is designed to develop future business leaders through a combination of business immersion, cross-functional experiences, strategic project work, and operational exposure across the organization.

Participants will complete structured rotations throughout key business functions, includingTechnical Service, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, and other strategic areas as assigned, to develop a comprehensive understanding of how the organization operates and creates value for customers. Throughout the program, participants will gain exposure to all levels of the organization and interact directly with senior leadership.

Each rotation includes defined objectives and meaningful project work designed to build the business acumen, leadership capabilities, and operational knowledge needed to understand and drive success across a complex global organization.

Upon successful completion of the program, the associate will be eligible for opportunities within International Division based on performance, interests, skills, and most importantly, organizational needs.

Who We’re Looking For: 

• Master’s Degree (MBA, MIB, MA, or MS) in Business Administration, International Business, Management, Finance, Operations, and/or related field.  
• 3+ years’ professional experience.
• Must be willing and able to live in Connecticut
• Fluent in Spanish or Chinese required.
• Strong interest in leadership, business operations, strategy, and organizational growth.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to be a leader within a dynamic and growing organization
• Must be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who can work independently or collaboratively.
• Must be comfortable spending time on the manufacturing floor to learn business operations.
• Willingness to travel during business rotations as needed.
