MSPS Athens, holding a leading position in the Integrated Marketing and Sales services sector, is seeking to recruit a dynamic & self-motivatedAccounting Assistant, to join MSPS team. As an Accounting Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the accounting team in the provision of financial services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process invoices, expense reports and other financial transactions
- Prepare and distribute client invoices on a timely basis
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Assist with monthly, quarterly and year-end closings
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports
- Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned
Qualifications needed:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- At least 5 years of accounting experience
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
- Familiarity with ERP software
- MS Office literacy
- Fluency in English language, both written and spoken
- Organization skills, analytical thinking, multitasking, attention to detail
