AfterQuery - Senior Infrastructure Engineer, Applied AI

AfterQuery: novel datasets and data infrastructure for frontier AI labs (85 people, $34M raised, SF).

Comp: $250K-$350K base (OTE $300K-$450K (bonus up to $100K)) + competitive equity.Location: On-site 5 days, FiDi SF.Visa: Visa transfers (OPT, H1B).

Responsibilities

• Design/build core shared infra for data generation, HITL systems and eval pipelines

• Own foundational systems for scale and reliability

• Provide platform/services to vertical eng teams

• Architect distributed systems for large-scale, high-throughput workloads

• Set eng best practices; mentor the junior team
