- Afternoon Availability during school dismissal (2:30 PM – 5:30 PM) on at least 2 consistent weekdays.
- Youth Experience (e.g., teaching assistant, tutoring, camp counselor, coaching, or childcare).
- Background Check required (costs 100% covered; existing MCPS/DCPS clearance is a plus).
