Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Clear, courteous phone manner and strong communication skills.
• Good listening, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn phone systems.
• Reliable, professional, and attentive to detail.
• Previous call center experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer and transfer incoming phone calls for After Sales Team
• Perform clerical and administrative services for After Sales Team
• Follow up on minor customer issues
• Special Projects as Needed
