Affiliate Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary

The Affiliate Marketing Coordinator will support the Company’saffiliate marketing activities, with a strong focus onsocial media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant digital channels. The role will involve managing affiliate activities, coordinating promotional campaigns, monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to increase traffic, engagement, conversions and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage andsupport affiliate marketing activities acrossTikTok, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant social media platforms.

• Identify and communicate with suitable affiliate partners and establish and maintain professional relationships.

• Coordinate affiliate campaigns, promotions, affiliate links and marketing materials across different platforms.

• Monitor traffic,engagement, conversions, revenue and other key performance indicators.

• Analyse campaign performance andidentify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates.

• Research social media trends, market developments and new opportunities to support the growth of affiliate marketing activities.

• Work closely with internal teams to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.

• Ensure affiliate links, tracking information and promotional materials are accurate and up to date.

• Maintain accurate records of affiliate partners, campaigns, performance results and related activities.

• Stay up to date with social media and digital marketing trends and recommend new opportunities where appropriate.

• Previous experiencein affiliate marketing, social media marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.

• Practical experience with social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.

• Good understanding of affiliate marketing, social media engagement, conversion and performance metrics.

• Fluency inEnglish and Spanish, both written and spoken.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and relationship management skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Experience with affiliate networks, tracking platforms, social media tools or analytics platforms is considered an advantage.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
