Pay Range: $45 /hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Drive creator affiliate growth and affiliate-attributed revenue.
Manage creator affiliate activity across ShopMy and LTK platforms.
Recruit, onboard, activate, and reactivate creators.
Develop and maintain direct creator communications and relationships.
Monitor affiliate performance and identify optimization opportunities.
Provide strategic recommendations based on market trends and creator performance.
Partner closely with agency partners to support execution and accountability.
Support multiple brands within the portfolio.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

5+ years of influencer/creator marketing experience, including affiliate marketing exposure.
Experience managing revenue-producing creator/affiliate programs, not solely brand awareness influencer campaigns.
Hands-on experience with ShopMy and LTK platforms.
Experience recruiting, activating, and managing creator and influencer relationships.
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and creator commerce ecosystems.
Experience analyzing affiliate performance and making strategic recommendations to improve results.
Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneously.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
Experience managing affiliate budgets.
Experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, Rakuten, or CJ Affiliate.
Existing creator/influencer relationships within the affiliate space.
Experience within fashion retail, apparel, or beauty industries.
